The challenge
Croatian Medical Chamber needed a faster and more accessible way to communicate with its members (all licensed doctors in Croatia). The web portal alone wasn’t practical for doctors and physicians who work irregular hours and rarely use a computer during their shifts. Important information such as license status, CME points, fees and notifications often reached members too slowly, while reporting incidents like violence against physicians required a quicker and more intuitive channel. The Chamber needed a modern tool that would bring services closer to members and provide real-time access to essential data.
The solution
Margins created the HLK Mobile App, a centralized and real-time communication platform fully integrated with the Chamber’s core systems. The app enables members to instantly access their personal and professional information, check licenses and CME points, receive push notifications, browse available benefits and quickly report incidents. By moving key services to mobile, HLK gained a modern, always-accessible channel that significantly improves communication, efficiency and member support.
