AI Discovery Sprint

Book your Discovery Sprint.

It starts with a 30-minute scoping call. Tell us what you want to explore and who’s involved — we’ll come back with times and arrive prepared, with the right people on our side and a proposed plan for the sprint.

Questions
Do we need our data ready before the sprint?

No. Understanding what data exists, where it lives and how usable it is is part of the sprint itself.

Who should join the scoping call?

Ideally the person sponsoring the sprint and someone who knows the process well. We bring an engineer and a strategy lead.

What if AI isn’t the answer?

Then the sprint has done its job. Finding out an idea isn’t worth building is also a successful Discovery.

What happens after the sprint?

You receive the Discovery Pack — a decision-ready recommendation. Implementation with Margins is an option, never an obligation.

Can we reschedule the call?

Of course — every invite includes a link to reschedule.
