## The challenge

University sports competitions were coordinated through a combination of emails, paper forms, and spreadsheets, which made registration, team management, and match reporting time-consuming and inconsistent to track. Scorekeepers recorded match events separately and updated results later, limiting real-time visibility and creating additional administrative effort for organizers and faculties.

We developed the Unisport Platform, a unified digital system that streamlines the entire competition lifecycle in one place. The platform enables simple athlete registration, team creation, scheduling, accreditation, and comprehensive administrative oversight, while a dedicated live match module allows scorekeepers to record events in real-time.
